How to Start the Persona 3 Reload Nozomi Suemitsu Moon Social Link

Nozomi Suemitsu is the Persona 3 Reload Moon social link, and it’s honestly a bit of a pain to start. This is because it is locked behind another social link, has a social stat requirement, involves a quiz, and requires you to have a specific item.

How do I start the Nozomi Suemitsu Moon social link in Persona 3 Reload?

First, you have to find out about the “Gourmet King” Nozomi. This happens when you befriend Kenji Tomochika, the Magician social link, and get that up to Rank 3. He approaches you on April 22nd out of the blue as part of the social link system tutorial, so befriending him is very easy.

So when I started the Nozomi social link, it was in June and I had my Charm at Rank 3: Confident. I don’t know if you can talk to him at a lower Charm rate, as a result. But Charm is a prerequisite stat tied to talking to him. He’ll be at the Paulownia Mall, his regular spot, sitting on a bench in front of the fountain.

If you can approach Nozomi, you need to answer a three question quiz. These are the right responses:

• Pheromone Coffee
• Red
• Hagakure Bowl

After that, there is one more hurdle to overcome. You need to bring Nozomi something to eat. By this point, you probably already did some Tartarus exploration and came across an Odd Morsel food item in a common chest in the first 20-or-so floors. That’s the item you need to finally get his attention.

Okay, so, there’s usually at least one question during each hang-out with Nozomi. Here are the responses you need to know:

• Event to level up to Rank 2: “Sure, why not.”
• Event to level up to Rank 3: “The Gourmet King.”
• Event to level up to Rank 4: “Are you feeling sick?”
• Event to level up to Rank 5: “That’s right.”
• Event to level up to Rank 6: “Are you sick?”
• Event to level up to Rank 7: “The world is ending?” and either “No way I’m paying for that” or “That’s insane.” (The second choice doesn’t matter.)
• Event to level up to Rank 8: “No, you’re not.”
• Event to level up to Rank 9: I reloaded and it seems like either “You’re scamming them too?” or “Just stop it” work.
• Event to level up to Rank 10: Either “That’s terrible” or “That’s understandable” works for the first response. Likewise, you can choose either “Just be yourself” or “You’re irreplaceable” for the final reply.

If you max out your friendship, you gain access to the Persona Sandalphon and get the Gourmet License key item to signify your bond.
