How to start Yukari Romance in Persona 3 Reload – Lovers Social Link

Before starting a romantic relationship with Yukari in Persona 3 Reload, you must wait, as it isn’t available until the second half of the game. That is because the Lovers Social Link doesn’t start until the summertime after the SEES group’s vacation to Yakushima Beach.

Yukari’s Social Link first becomes available on 7/25, after your Charm has reached Rank 6 “Charismatic.” For the quickest way to raise your Charm, you may want to work at B Blue V. You build up your Charm and Academics at the same time, and it is available Monday through Fridays. You earn at least 3,500 yen per day working there as well. I also recommend playing High School of the Youth at the Arcade every Monday and Thursday during the evening.

Here are the steps to start Yukari’s Romance:

• Raise your Charm to Rank 6 “Charismatic” from from the start of the game until July.
• Complete the Yakushima Beach vacation storyline.
• While you don’t have to hug Yukari, you should “hug her” on 7/20, as it’s an adorable scene you won’t want to miss out on.
• After returning from the Yakushima vacation, speak to Yukari in your classroom on 7/25. This will start the Lovers Social Link.
• Get the Lovers Social Link to Rank 9.
• During the Rank 9 dialogue scene on the school rooftop, select the “I Love You” option to start a romance with Yukari.

On 8/16, the game will force you to invite someone to the Summer Festival, or you can go alone. Those wanting to romance Yukari may wonder if they are locked out of it if they accidentally didn’t invite her.

The answer is no; you do not have to invite Yukari to the Summer Festival. In fact, Yukari doesn’t actually have any prerequisites that can ruin her romance outside of the dialogue options you choose during the Lovers Social Link.
