There are many different potential love interests for the main character in Persona 3 Reload, but Elizabeth might be the most unique one. The Velvet Room attendant may not have an official social link, but that doesn’t stop the player from being able to romance Elizabeth in Persona 3 Reload.
How to Romance Elizabeth
Because Elizabeth doesn’t have a social link, her romance acts differently than the others. This is actually pretty awesome, as there are only two requirements in Persona 3 Reload to take Elizabeth on dates: patience and a love for requests. The goal here is to complete as many of the requests Elizabeth gives you over time as possible.
More specifically, you want to complete the side quests that have to do with Elizabeth herself. For instance, there is a request to give her drinks from the vending machine and another one involving giving a fashionable item to her. If you complete enough of these, you will get the option to ask her out on a date.

To do this, meet up with her outside the Velvet Room door in Paulownia Mall and choose the second option to “ask Elizabeth out.” This will give you a social link-like event where you take her to a new location each time. I received my first date with her in mid-June.
How to Invite Elizabeth to Your Room in Persona 3 Reload
In total, there are five dates you can take Elizabeth on, which makes up how you romance her in Persona 3 Reload. Each one involves a new location, culminating in a final date with her to your dorm room. It appears you have to wait sometime between dates, though, to get to this point. For me, it looks like you get access to each new date roughly after each new full moon mission.
So it was about a month in between dates, with my final one with her happening around November. You can pick whatever conversation choice you want during these dates, but it is best to pick options that agree with her. If you are able to go through each date in succession, you’ll be able to eventually invite her to your room, where some suggestive content may or may not happen, depending on your choices and consent. It certainly implies some romantic sparks between the two of you, depending on what you pick.
