One of the biggest elements of Diablo IV is loot. That equipment determines your stats and, if lucky, passives. The best way to farm loot is through dungeons; here’s what you need to know about how to reset a dungeon in Diablo IV.
How do I reset a dungeon in Diablo IV?
Unlike in the beta, which allowed you to reset dungeons at the click of a button, you currently cannot do this in the full release. Instead, the only option is to leave the dungeon and wait outside for the dungeon to reset. I know, it’s probably not the answer you were hoping for.
I did some testing, and it took around four minutes for a dungeon to reset for me, though your mileage may vary. To save you from waiting around and watching the clock, fill the time by doing something else, such as unlocking the horse mount.
OK, got it. How do I leave a dungeon quickly in Diablo IV?
If you’ve finished a dungeon and are dreading running back through all the way to the entrance, you’re in luck: you can leave from the Emote menu.
Press Up on the D-Pad if you’re on console or using a controller on PC, or press E on your keyboard to pull up the radial Emote menu, then select ‘Leave Dungeon.’ Your character will warp to the entrance outside.
Diablo IV is available now on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One.
