How to obtain the Updated Tier 2 Armor Sets from the WoW Anniversary Event

One of the most anticipated features of the WoW Anniversary was the return of classic armor from the game’s past, updated with modern quality textures and with new designs for classes that didn’t exist during Classic. Now that the event has arrived, here’s how to get your hands on the Updated Tier 2 Cosmetic sets from the World of Warcraft Anniversary event.

How to Obtain the Updated Tier 2 Cosmetic Armor Sets during the WoW Anniversary Event

The good news is that actually obtaining the new (old) armor sets is easy, you simply buy them from a vendor in exchange for Bronze Celebration Tokens. The bad news is you’ll need a lot of those tokens if you want them all, and you’ll only be able to get a certain amount each week (at least for week or two. The vendor themselves is called Traeya and is located in the central pavilion of the 20th Anniversary Celebration Grounds in Tanaris. The first set you purchase will put you back 60 Bronze Celebration Tokens, however once you do so you’ll unlock an achievement that lowers the price of the next set to 40 tokens instead! Purchase that second set, and you’ll get another achievement that puts the rest of the sets down to 20 tokens each permanently, so the grind won’t be as long as first thought. However, you will still need to earn 320 tokens by the end of the WoW Anniversary event to earn each set of Tier 2 armor.
