How to obtain Collab Weapons in Holocure

Some of the most powerful items in Holocure are known as Collabs, and consist of combinations of other items. These can be key to surviving on higher difficulties, so here’s how to obtain Collab weapons in Holocure

How to get Collab Weapons in Holocure

Each Collab weapon is formed from a specific combination of two other weapons, such as the Spider Cooking and Elite Lava Bucket weapons fusing into the Collab weapon Elite Cooking. Both constituent weapons must be at the maximum level of 7, and while the resulting Collab will inherit any enchantments it will not inherit any +1’s from anvils. When two compatible, max-rank weapons are equipped enemies gain a chance to drop a golden anvil, which usually happens pretty soon after reaching the requirements. Simply pick up the anvil, select two valid weapons (other weapons will be grayed out) and select “Collab!” to creat the new weapon.

Not only are Holocure‘s Collab weapons powerful, but they also take up only a single weapon slot rather than two so you can pick up a new weapon to replace the one you just fused. Currently, no collab weapons use a character’s starter weapons, though some Collabs can be fused into a Super Collab along with certain equipment items. Some weapons are involved with multiple Collabs, however since the weapon is consumed by the collab and cannot be gained again only one of the possible collabs can be chosen in a single run.
