How to Make a Stink Jar in Lego Fortnite

The Lego Fortnite Lost Isles update is live and with it a good amount of new areas to explore, enemies to defeat, and items to craft. One of those items is the Stink Jar, a throwable that creates a poisonous effect in an area, hurting anything that gets too close. The stink jar can be equipped in your off-hand, letting you keep your tools handy. To make one, however, you’re going to have to unlock the recipe first. This means finding the new Stink Gland ingredient. If you don’t know where to find one, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how to make a stink jar in Lego Fortnite and where to find the ingredients you’ll need to do so.

Where to Find Stink Glands in Lego Fortnite

Stink glands are an ingredient exclusive to the Lost Isles area. The most direct way to find them is to be on the lookout for the small red scorpions that inhabit the floating islands high above the lost isles area. These aren’t to be confused with the larger crab enemies you can find in the Lost Isles. If you’re having trouble finding them on the floating islands, look for the specific islands where golems spawn. If you see several statue heads positioned in a circle around a bigger central statue, you’re in the right place. The little scorpions you need to defeat tend to spawn on these islands often. Defeat the scorpions, and they should drop the stink glands- just watch out for the golem!

How to use Stink Glands in Lego Fortnite

Picking up the stink glands should unlock the Stink Jar recipe. Bring the stink glands back to a crafting bench and click on the “Projectiles & Ammunition” tab. To make one stink jar, you’ll need two glass and one stink gland. You can assign a villager to a smelter to get some glass quickly, but scoundrels have a chance of dropping it as well. Once you have all your ingredients, you can craft your stink jar!
