Lego Fortnite finally has true vehicles and cars for players to build in the survival crafting game. These are some of the best and fastest ways to get around the world. For everything you need to know about how to make a car in Lego Fortnite, this is what to do.
How to Craft a Car in Lego Fortnite
Technically, it is possible to build a custom vehicle or car in Lego Fortnite at this time. However, I do not recommend this for now since it is finicky and it doesn’t always pan out the best. It may not run well if you put the Power Center or wheels in the wrong spot. As such, you should use the pre-existing build blueprints the game gives you in the build menu once you acquire a Power Cell.
These blueprints are similar to the shacks you find throughout the game, where there are multiple stages where the game guides you on exactly how to make it. Most of the vehicles have around four to five stages of activities the player must do to complete them, ranging from the foundation of the car to the lights to the Power Center and more.
You are going to need a lot of materials for the vehicles, but the positive part is they are usually ones you can easily find in the game, even pretty early on. You need stuff like wood, planks, granite, glass, and biomass. Once you have built your vehicle, you need a Power Cell, which you can make with six glasses and 50 biomass to power it. Once this cell runs out, you need to make another one to keep driving.
All Types of Cars in Lego Fortnite Explained
There are three types of cars you can make currently in Lego Fortnite. Here are all three of them and what you should know about them:
- Speeder: This is the easiest one to make. It is a one-seater, fast-moving kart.
- Offroader: This is the middle one in terms of difficulty. It also has five stages to make but seats four people.
- Hauler: This vehicle takes the longest to make and the most materials. But it is worth it for the four seats and the massive trailer that lets you haul large objects across the world.
Lego Fortnite is available right now for Android, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
