The only problem is the UI is in the way. Here’s how to hide the UI in Final Fantasy XIV, so your screenshots look as good as possible.

How do I hide the UI in Final Fantasy XIV?

Hiding the UI in Final Fantasy XIV is easy, whether you’re playing on PC, PlayStation 4, or PlayStation 5. It simply requires pressing a button or two, and voila!

Here’s what you must press to hide the UI on each platform:

• PC (keyboard): Scroll Lock key.
• PC (Xbox controller): LB + View button.
• PlayStation 4 and 5 (DualShock 4 and DualSense): L1 + Touchpad.

To re-enable the UI, simply press the same button(s) once more. And that’s it!

If you’re on PC and don’t have the Scroll Lock key on your keyboard, you can change the keybind by going to ‘System’ > ‘Keybinds’ > ‘System’ in the main menu and scrolling down to ‘Toggle UI Display Mode.’
