How to Get the Ephemeral Spark Exotic Ship During Destiny 2 Solstice 2023

Guardians are currently celebrating the Solstice 2023 event in Destiny 2, grinding hard to unlock rewards like the Ephemeral Spark Exotic Ship. Here’s how to get your hands on it before the event ends on August 15, 2023.

How do I unlock the Ephemeral Spark Exotic Ship in Destiny 2?

Unlocking Ephemeral Spark in Destiny 2 requires completing the ‘Fuel for the Fire III’ Event Card Challenge during the Solstice 2023 event. This is done by stoking the flames a total of 100 times during the Bonfire Bash activity.

To stoke the flames in Bonfire Bash, you must defeat Ignition Carriers and throw the Igniters that they drop into the giant bonfire in the center of the EAZ arena. The more Igniters your Fireteam manages to deposit into the bonfire, the more event-exclusive rewards you’ll earn, such as the Crowning Duologue Rocket Launcher.

While you need to deposit 100 Igniters in Bonfire Bash to unlock Ephemeral Spark in Destiny 2, you don’t need to do this in one match (this is literally impossible, anyway). Just make sure to do so before the event ends to claim your Event Card Challenge reward.

Once all 100 have been dunked, you’ll receive a banner at the bottom of your screen, letting you know that the ‘Fuel for the Fire III’ Event Card Challenge has been completed. To turn it in, open up the Quests menu and click on the Solstice 2023 banner. Then, in the Event Card Challenge section, scroll over to ‘Fuel for the Fire III’ and select it.

You’ll also receive two Kindlings and an Event Ticket alongside the Exotic Ship. You can use the Kindlings, alongside Silver Ash, to upgrade Sunlit Armor.

Destiny 2 is available now on the PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The Solstice 2023 event runs until August 15, 2023.
