How to Get Polished Gems for ‘An Island Celebration’ in Fae Farm

Once you get through all of the sprite quests in Fae Farm, you’ll head into chapter 8 and Wisp Mother’s “An Island Celebration” quest. This is basically an excuse to offer some closure before concluding the main storyline and allowing you to do whatever you want for the rest of the game. Well, that and get 10,000 Gold Florins and “official” ownership of the Frozen Farm after finishing “A Spicy Encounter.” Fortunately, to go along with the fact that this is a throwaway quest to help bookend everything, as its requirements are just a handful of the most valuable Fae Farm polished gems.

How to Get All 4 Polished Gems for Wisp Mother to Complete “An Island Celebration” in Fae Farm

So odds are by this time you’ll already have a Gem Polisher up on your farm. If you don’t, make two Iron Ingots from Saltwater Mines in your forge. Then, get 20 Rough Citrine and 15 Rough Peridot from Saltwater Mines. Use all of those to make the Gem Polisher.

From there, you need to get the following gems from the following mines and pop them into the Gem Polisher to get the polished versions of those gems for Wisp Mother in “An Island Celebration.” Since polished gems are one of the fastest ways to earn Florins in-game, you might even have some on hand.

  • 10 Rough Diamonds from Scorched Caverns. Floor 18 is best.
  • 10 Rough Emeralds from from Floating Ruins. Floor 24 is best.
  • 10 Rough Topaz from Saltwater Mines. Floor 24 is best.
  • 10 Rough Obsidian from Scorched Caverns. Floor 24 is best.

Take those to Wisp Mother, and you’ll get 10,000 Florins. She’ll also “give” you the Frozen Farm officially, though if you used the Bash spell on the glowing rock near Scorched Caverns, you probably already set up shop there. As usual, there will be a story segment after this. Credits will roll, but you can continue your new life in Azoria after that.

Fae Farm is available for the Nintendo Switch and PC.
