• If you miss the show, wait till 7/19 and fast travel to the Port Island Island Station.
• Once here, look for the Shady-Looking Man NPC standing in front of the Screen Shot movie theater.
• Interact with the NPC and then purchase the Max Safety Shoes for 20,000 yen.
• Return to Elizabeth at the Paulownia Mall and give her the shoes to complete her request.
