How to Get Grave Dust in V Rising

Grave Dust is used for a variety of structures and objects in the game, but there are only two ways to get it: looting or crafting. When it comes to looting the Grave Dust, you can find it by taking out certain undead enemies like ghouls and skeletons. Try locations like the following for looting Grave Dust:

  • Desecrated Graveyard
  • Forgotten Cemetary

On the other hand, crafting is a more reliable way to get Grave Dust. For this, you need a Grinder workstation. Once you have one of these, you are able to make Grave Dust with the following materials:

  • 64 Bone: This makes one grave dust with the base version of the Grinder

How to Build a Grinder in V Rising

The tricky part about crafting Grave Dust in V Rising is getting the Grinder in the first place. Bone is pretty easy to get from the most basic, easiest skeleton enemies in the world. However, the Grinder requires the player to have the following materials to build it:

  • 8 Planks
  • 4 Copper Ingots
  • 4 Whetstones

Worse still, before you can ever use a Grinder for Grave Dust, you must defeat Goreswine the Ravager. You can find this level 27 boss in the Farbane Woods, so be sure to have the appropriate gear level for the fight.

V Rising is available right now in 1.0 for PC. It will also be released for PS5 sometime in 2024.
