• After class, fast-travel to the “1F Laboratory Hallway” warp point while at Gekkoukan High School.
• From here, make a right around the corner until you run into the “Laboratory” classroom.
• Walk up to the door and interact with it to “Check” the classroom.
• When prompted, “Should I try entering the Science Lab?” click “Enter.”
• A cutscene will then trigger with Ms. Ounishi, who is looking to throw out an old science doll.
• Ms. Ounishi will give you the “Anatomical Model” item, which is what you need.
• Fast travel to Paulownia Mall and visit Elizabeth in front of the Velvet Room Door.
• Give Elizabeth the Anatomical Doll to complete Request 66.

After chasing down the creepy Anatomical Doll, you may wonder what you get in return. For completing Request 66, “Bring Me a Giant, Creepy Doll” Elizabeth rewards you with the “Quality Nihil Blade” resource material. This is actually incredibly rare and can be used to craft powerful weapons and armor at the Antique Store in Pawlonia Mall.
