How to Get Cyrce’s Circlet in World of Warcraft

The star of WoW‘s update 11.0.7 is the new Siren Isle area, and with it an Epic Ring available to everyone at level 80. The item will likely be a big upgrade, even if you’ve been raiding regularly, so here’s how to obtain Cyrce’s Circlet in World of Warcraft.

How to get to Siren Isle in World of Warcraft

The first step to getting Cyrce’s Circlet is to get to WoW‘s newest zone: the Siren Isle. Thankfully, this is easy as long as you have a level 80 character as you will only need to head to Foundation Hall in Dornogal, the same building your faction capital portals are in. Talk to an Earthen NPC called Dawn to accept a quest called The Expedition Awaits, then fly over to the very northeast of Dornogal to find a Goblin zeppelin you can board. Hand in the quest to Skaggit and pick up the new one, then select the new speech option to head to the isle.

How to Obtain Cyrce’s Circlet in World of Warcraft

Once you’ve stepped foot on WoW‘s new island, there’s a short introductory questline before you can get your hands on Cyrce’s Circlet. Follow the quest breadcrumbs that lead you round the camp and introduce the Goblin, Earthen, and Arathi parties present and you’ll pick up several items to make a scanner. Hand the items over to Bargus the Earthen Ordinant via the speech option and start a quest called Facet-nating Signals. You’ll be instructed to head over a nearby hill to an exposed bit of crystal and activate 3 pylons to help scan it, before following Bargus north and into a cave.

The cave mouth is blocked, but thankfully your Earthen companion will blast it open with some Light magic and you can get inside. Hand in the quest and pick up the new one, then examine the tablet and click the option to place your hand on it to be transported to the Forgotten Vault. There are several lore tablets scattered around and enemies will spawn from the statues around the hall, but for the purposes of the quest you only need to head to the end and activate the rune to open the door. Head down past some more enemies that spawn until Bargus stops for another quest hand-in. The next one sees you examine the skeleton by the glowing crystal spike to receive the circlet, though you won’t be able to equip it just yet. A stone golem will spawn within the room, dispatch it and talk to Bargus again to return to camp.

Once there you can hand in the quest to Bargus to receive your circlet, though the rewards screen doesn’t state it outright. The item has an impressive level of 639 but when you get it it will only have Stamina on it, stat-wise. You’ll need to socket the new Citrine gems to unlock its full potential, and thankfully one is only a short minigame away.

How to get the Windsinger’s Runed Citrine in WoW

Immediately after getting your Cyrce’s Circlet in WoW you’ll be able to pick up a quest called Reforged Anew from Angorla, the Earthen next to Bargus. Simply talk to her again and you’ll have the option to either take a look at the shard of citrine you found to begin a short minigame, or skip it if you’d like. The minigame itself is the same as some of those you might have found during your Delves, and involves untangling several interconnecting dots. Click a dot to highlight it, then click another to swap their places. Do this until the lines connecting each dot no longer touch any other lines, and the minigame will complete successfully.

Handing in the quest rewards you with your new Windsinger’s Runed Citrine, which will grant you a sizeable boost to your WoW character’s highest secondary stat when socketed into Cyrce’s Circlet. You can do so by shift-clicking the ring in your bags (or character tab, if you’ve already equipped it), and dragging the citrine into the red socket and clicking apply. You can also unsocket it by clicking it again, which you’ll need to do to complete the quest, opening up several new features of the Siren Isle zone including weeklies and secret hunting.
