How to work part-time in Persona 3 Reload

From May, you can start working a part-time job after attending classes at Gekkoukan High School or during your days off. The new feature not only allows you to increase your Social Stats in Persona 3 Reload, but it’s also a great way to make money!

For this example, we are going to use the coffee shop, as it’s available in the first month of the game. To get a job in Persona 3 Reload, you need to visit Chagall Cafe in Paulownia Mall on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights and select “work part-time.” Yep, it’s as simple as that. However, you will need to know which places you can work at and when they unlock, which we will break down below.

All Persona 3 Reload Jobs

For most of the game, there are only three main part-time jobs that you can work. As early as May, Chagall Cafe in the Paulownia Mall is the first place you can work. While jobs in Persona 3 Reload are pretty straightforward, you must know which days you can work and when they are available.

Below is a list of all part-time jobs in Persona 3 Reload:

• Paulownia Mall: Chagall Cafe (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Nights) – Starting Wage: 2,500 yen.
  • Courage + 2 / Charm + 2
• Port Island Station: Screen Shot Cinema (Sunday, Holidays, Daytime) – Starting Wage: 5,000 yen.
  • Courage + 2 / Academics + 2
• Paulownia Mall: Be blue V (Unlocks starting July 22, Daytime) – Starting Wage: 3,500 yen.
  • Charm + 2 / Academics + 2

How to increase job wages

After starting a job in Persona 3 Reload, you may wonder if you can increase your paycheck. I mean, it’s a fair question; after all, we have to sacrifice an evening to do these jobs. The answer is a resounding yes: you can increase your wages in P3R.

To increase your starting wage in Persona 3 Reload, you must keep working the same job. The more you show up to work, the higher your paycheck will go up over time. In the later half of the game, around November, you can also go to the Net Cafe and purchase special software that directly increases your wages!
