How to Gain Access to DLC in Persona 3 Reload

It’s no surprise that Persona 3 Reload offers a modest amount of DLC to claim or buy at launch. If you’re looking to know how to get access to it in-game, it’s as easy as heading into the menus.

Accessing the Persona 3 Reload DLC in game

Anyone who bought Persona 5 DLC is likely to make a guess as to where how to claim it in Persona 3 Reload. First, you’ll need to progress until the first full moon in the game on April 9th. You’ll need to progress that far to awaken your powers and gain access to Personas.

Once you’ve hit this point, you just need to head to your dorm and access your closet. After that, your costumes will become available and the purchased Personas will unlock. This is still very early in an incredibly lengthy game, so there will be plenty of time to play around with the DLC.

What kinds of DLC are available for Persona 3 Reload?

As of right now the DLC available for Persona 3 Reload consists of costumes, bonus Personas and a music pack. This is standard for a modern Persona release, and you’re free to download them individually to get the pack you want. All of the DLC packs pay homage to Persona 4 and 5. Which, now that I think of it, is kind of funny because they’re all sequels to Persona 3. (It’s actually pretty fun as a longtime fan to see Persona 3 characters wearing Persona 5 gear!)

Here’s the list:

  • Persona 4 Golden Persona Set
  • Persona 4 Golden Yasogami High Costume Set
  • Persona 5 Royal BGM Set
  • Persona 5 Royal Phantom Thieves Costume Set
  • Persona 5 Royal Persona Set 1
  • Persona 5 Royal Persona Set 2
  • Persona 5 Royal Shujin Academy Costume Set

While the Persona 3 Reload DLC available now is mostly cosmetic, there could be more DLC coming down the pipeline. Content like The Answer side-story being added as DLC would be most welcome.

Persona 3 Reload is available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC
