While the speed and convenience of a sword is always well-received, the raw power of a character who can use heavy weaponry is the right way to go from time to time. The two-handed claymore added in the 4.0 update for Genshin Impact is the Tidal Shadow. But you need to do a bit to start forging it.
Tidal Shadow Claymore Crafting in Genshin Impact
Before crafting the Tidal Shadow Claymore, you will have to purchase its blueprint. You can buy it from an NPC called Estelle. Travel to the Court of Fontaine and you will see an anvil icon on your map. Once you find her, you will be able to purchase the Tidal Shadow blueprint in exchange for the following items:
- 10 Bulle Fruits: Located on Fontaine’s trees.
- 10 Marcottes: They are found everywhere, really.
- 10 Condessence Crystals: Located all across Fontaine’s land and water. Look out for mountainous areas!
As you can see, these items are easy to find all across the region . Once you have the blueprint on your inventory, you will be able to craft the Tidal Shadow Claymore in Genshin Impact. However, you will also have to collect the following items to do so:
- 50 Condessence Crystals.
- 50 White Iron Chunks: Look for these Chunks in caves, mines, and mountainous areas.
- 500 Mora.
- 1 Midlander Claymore Billet: Use conversion to get this Billet. Use the following items:
- 1 Northlander Claymore Billet.
- 2 Dream Solvents: Claim Trounce Blossom by using Original Resin after defeating Weekly Bosses.
The Billet will be the most difficult item to find out of all the items we have listed above. However, once you do get it, you will be able to use the Tidal Shadow Claymore to defeat your enemies.
Genshin Impact is available now on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, Android devices, and iOS devices.
