How to Find Ramune the Bird in Little Kitty, Big City

Catching birds in Little Kitty, Big City is an important mechanic for getting feathers for Petwork fast travel points, but it is also how you catch a specific bird named Ramune. She’s tied to a quest for an emote you’ll knead.

How do I find and catch Ramune the bird in Little Kitty, Big City?

Well, first you need to find the hobby store. It’s in the southeast corner of the map. It’s very obvious, as there are yellow and white spotted gecko statues inside of it and a giant one on its roof. Enter it, and you’ll see a black cat on a human’s back kneading it.

The cat will mention their sister Ramune, a yellow bird that normally lives in the cage behind them, flew off to find and “beat” a cat like Boss Cat. Since you’re a random cat, you’ll agree to go “fight” her to help her achieve her dream.

Finding Ramune is incredibly easy. Like the blue birds you see all around the city, she’ll land occasionally on the ground for a few seconds before flying away. The only difference is, she’s yellow. She also hangs out right in front of her family’s store. When I saw her, she was in front of the circle of traffic cones in the street.

The protocol for catching Ramune and completing the quest is to treat this like any other bird you’d catch in Little Kitty, Big City. Sneak up on her by holding down the left trigger. When you’re within pouncing range, hold down the jump button, line up your landing, and catch her. Instead of dropping a feather like other birds, you’ll see a quick skit.

Go back to her family’s store. Ramune will be back in her cage. Talk to her cat sibling, and you’ll get the Making Muffins emote as a reward.

Little Kitty, Big City is available for the Nintendo Switch and PC
