How to Find Fortnite Earth, Air, and Water Sprites

Fortnite Chapter 6 is here, which means new mechanics for players in battle royale. One of the coolest new mechanics are the adorable little Sprite creatures you can find throughout the island. There are Earth, Air, and Water Sprites available for players to find and use in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1.

Where to Find Earth, Air, and Water Sprites

There are three types of Sprites available in Chapter 6. They are adorable little pet-like creatures you can find around the new island. To find a Sprite, it is a bit random. You can find them outside of named locations all over the island, but their locations are completely randomized.

That said, your best bet to find a Sprite is to head to one of the Sprite Shrines on the map. These are landmark locations throughout the island. There are quite a lot of them, but I have found a few at the following locations:

• Magic Mosses: 3 Shrines all around the forest
• Just east of Shining Span
• At the center of Lost Lake

What Earth, Air, and Water Sprites Do in Fortnite Chapter 6

Once you find one of the Earth, Air, or Water Sprites in Fortnite Chapter 6, just interact with the peaceful critter to pick it up. Doing so will allow you to access a couple of features with the Sprites as they act like items. Earth Sprites will let you consume it to obtain various rewards instantly. The Water Sprites will let you heal your team for a bit.

Finally, the Air Sprites create wind drafts that launch you into the sky. This makes them great for escaping. However, there is another purpose for Sprites. You can take Sprites to one of the Sprite Shrines and essentially give them up there. Doing so will let you instantly get a good bit of great loot to prepare for the fights ahead. I highly suggest doing this with Sprites at the start of a match to get a head start.
