How to Evolve Santa Javelin in Vampire Survivors (Seraphic Cry Evolution)

The Santa Javelin first becomes available after you Unlock the Laborratory Stage in Vampire Survivors and survive 20 minutes on the new level. Like most weapons in the game, though, the Santa Javelin can be evolved into a more powerful attack if you discover its evolution recipe, which we have discovered. We’ve got you covered!

To evolve Santa Javelin in Vampire Survivors, you just need to max the weapon out and combine it with a Clover. Here are the steps to evolve Santa Javelin into Seraphic Cry in Vampire Survivors:

  • Santa Javelin + Clover = Seraphic Cry
  • Get your Santa Javelin to Level 8
  • Pick up a Clover on the map, or choose it when you level up.
  • Get your Clover to Level 5.
  • Open a Chest by defeating a stronger-tiered enemy.

As stated above, the easiest way to evolve Santa Javelin is to start a stage with the Santa character himself. Then as soon as you are able to, pick up a Clover. If you choose the “Mad Groove” arcana after Stage Select, certain levels will even give you a Clover the second your session begins.

After you get your Santa Javelin to Level 8 and your Clover to Level 5, you will now have a chance to pick up the Seraphic Cry evolution in a chest. Once you have both items maxed out, just keep looking for chest drops, and you will eventually get the evolved weapon.

Overall, Santa Javelin and its evolution Seraphic Cry are pretty powerful weapons. As their name suggests, giant missiles rain down from the sky in timed intervals and wipe enemies out. Just be careful trying to start a stage with this weapon, as Santa Javelin can be a bit slow at first. I recommend picking this up as a third weapon and using its evolution for the 15 to 20-minute mark while doing a run.

Vampire Survivors is now available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and mobile devices.
