How to Earn the Rising Phoenix Whistle in Final Fantasy XIV

In order to obtain the Rising Phoenix Whistle, players will need to head to Ul’dah, the Steps of Nald and go to X:10.1, Y:8.7 to accept the quest “Siblings Rising.” You will also need to be Level 15 and have access to Ul’dah to undertake this quest.

This quest will take you throughout the city of Ul’dah, where you will eventually meet the Wandering Minstrel. This NPC has been a constant through FFXIV since the introduction of A Realm Reborn. Just continue to speak to the designated NPCs for this quest, which will then take you to Black Brush Station. Thankfully, there is an Aetheryte there and a Porter, so you can get there with relative ease.

After heading back to Ul’dah, you will then want to pick up the quest “What Drives Us.” This quest will reward you with the Rising Phoenix Whistle. From there, all you need to do is use the Whistle in your inventory. It will then be added to your list of mounts.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
