Fortnite introduced a stunning and Japanese-inspired supernatural new island to explore in Chapter 6 Season 1. This new island and chapter includes new NPC enemies to tackle throughout the island, such as demons. There are a few different demons available that are eligible for the damage demons quest in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1.
All Eligible Demons in Chapter 6 Season 1, Explained
There are only a few demons in total that you will find around the Chapter 6 island. Unlike in past seasons, these demons aren’t like the usual minions and henchmen you find all over the island. Instead, they are only found in a couple of key locations. There are four types of demons for players to deal with that will count for the damage demons quest.
The first group are the two NPC bosses. These are the main bosses that you can fight to obtain their Oni Masks. Night Rose and Shogun X are the two demon bosses you can fight for this quest. The other group is the Demon Warrior. This is another NPC boss, but a lower level one, and he has several minions that guard him. Both the Demon Warrior and his demon minions count for this quest.
Where to Find Demons to Damage in Fortnite
The catch to the damage demons quest in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 is finding one of these four types of demons in the first place. Night Rose is the most straightforward to find, but she is arguably also the hardest to defeat. You can find Night Rose always in the aptly named Demon’s Dojo.
Meanwhile, Shogun X will randomly appear somewhere on the island in every match. If no one takes him out in time, he will appear in the Arena when it rifts in. Look for his medallion on the map to locate him. Finally, the Demon Warrior boss and his minions also have a random location every map. He usually appears near the demon portals scattered around the map. To locate him, look for the tiny white samurai icon that appears on the map.
Once you locate one of these demons, all you need to do then is damage them enough using any weapon of your choosing and you will complete this quest.
