The famous spinning tops are back in a brand-new game. Beyblade X: Xone‘s premise is set on the latest manga and anime adaptation, Beyblade X, but it harbours a new story that includes old and new characters. Your goal is to beat fellow bladers to reach the top of The X Tower. There are several ways to beat your opponent, including outspinning the opposing side’s beyblade, knocking the opponent out of the stadium or performing an Xtreme Dash. Many battles will come down to successfully performing input commands promptly. This is why it’s important to customize the control settings to your preferred preference. This guide will show you how to change the control settings in Beyblade X: Xone, so you should have no problem beating any adversary that comes your way.
How do I change the control settings in Beyblade: X Xone?
We want to emphasize that Beyblade: X Xone can be played with either a controller or a keyboard, but when you initially boot up the title on PC, you will be informed that Beyblade: X Xone is best played on a controller. Although the game is perfectly playable on the keyboard, we agree that the experience is far more enjoyable with a controller. Some controls can be awkward on the keyboard, especially when implementing attacks and counterattacks with your Beyblade. The problem? The settings are defaulted to the keyboard. Even if you connect a controller to the PC, it will not automatically change, and you will still need to configure it manually.
Luckily, you can change the settings before you even start your adventure. From the home screen, you will want to head into the options. When you open this up, you will see four subsections. You will want to stay on the first one, which is the “system” settings. The fourth option in this category will be “controls”. From here, you can toggle between the keyboard and the controller and change between the two.
If you still wish to play with a keyboard, you can configure every input command to make things easier. In the options menu, head to the third subsection, “Key Config”. There will then be an in-depth list of every key that you can change.
If you’re not on the home screen, don’t worry. You can also change the settings while playing Beyblade: X Xone by heading to the main menu and selecting options. You can alter the text speed, vibration settings, and the protagonist’s name in the system settings. In addition to this, if you jump onto the “screen” subsection, you can also change the display settings, as when you begin Beyblade: X Xone, the default will be windowed rather than fullscreen.
Beyblade: X Xone is now available on PC and Switch.
