How to Catch Gogglebug in Infinity Nikki

Infinity Nikki is full of various different critters to collect. You’ll want to find these various bugs for their materials if you want to craft the hundreds of different clothing items available. One of the most elusive bugs is the Gogglebug in Infinity Nikki, which requires specific spots and a special strategy to get it.

Where to Catch Gogglebug in Infinity Nikki

You can find Gogglebugs in all five of the major regions: Florawish, Breezy Meadow, Stoneville, the Abandoned District, and Wishing Woods. In general, you can find this bug hanging out on the surface of water. As such, the best place in my experience to find Gogglebug is to head to the coastline that is along the lake in Florawish and Breezy Meadow.

More specifically, the area near the Florawish Anglers Branch is one of the best spots. I find that these bugs are quite plentiful in this area. I recommend just starting from the town of Florawish and heading south from there along the coastline, looking for these bugs zipping across the water along the way.

Tips for Catching Gogglebug

Gogglebug is arguably one of the more difficult bugs to catch in Infinity Nikki, despite its common nature. This is because you have to first find it on the water in the first place. Then you need to be able to get close enough to it to catch it. This is why it is so important to watch the pattern in which it swims along the water surface.

Then you want to pick a spot that the Gogglebug passes by, such as a lily pad, and stand there with your bug net out. Then when it comes to your spot, release the net and you’ll be able to catch it. Once you catch it the first time, you can track it. Alternatively, you can also dig for it or buy it in the store with Tranquility Droplets.
