Diablo IV‘s first season, Season of the Malignant, is underway and if you’ve decided to start a new seasonal Druid character, you need to know how to build it properly for the season meta, including the best Skills and Aspects to use. Fortunately, it takes cues from the original release.
What is the best Druid build for Diablo IV Season 1?
While Druid has been shaken up for Diablo IV Season 1, Tornado still plays a large part in the class’ meta. It remains one of the best damage-dealing Skills, especially when paired with Hurricane and the appropriate passives.
Which Druid Skills should I pick in Diablo IV Season 1?
I recommend spending your Skill Points on these Druid Skills:
- Tornado
- Enhanced Tornado
- Raging Tornado
- Hurricane
- Enhanced Hurricane
- Savage Hurricane
- Storm Strike
- Enhanced Storm Strike
- Blood Howl
- Enhanced Blood Howl
- Preserving Blood Howl
- Shred
- Enhanced Shred
- Primal Shred
- Grizzly Rage
- Prime Grizzly Rage
- Supreme Grizzly Rage
And these buffs and passives to enhance the above Skills:
- Heart of the Wild
- Wild Impulses
- Ancestral Fortitude
- Vigilance
- Neurotoxin
- Envenom
- Predatory Instinct
- Defensive Posture
- Nature’s Resolve
- Ursine Strength
Which Aspects should I use in my build?
While Druid Skills are the main part of your build, you need to accompany them with Aspects that take their effects even further in Diablo IV.
I’d recommend the following:
- Aspect of the Cyclonic Force: Cyclone Armor applies to nearby allies and provides Physical Damage Reduction.
- Aspect of Might: Basic Skills grant 20% Damage Reduction for up to six seconds.
- Nighthowler’s Aspect: Blood Howl affects nearby allies for three seconds and increases Critical Strike Chance by up to 10%
- Edgemaster’s Aspect: Skills deal increased damage based on your Primary Resource when cast. You’ll receive the maximum benefit when Primary Resource is full.
Diablo IV is available now on the PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One. Season of the Malignant started on June 20, 2023, and runs until October 17, 2023.
