Broadly speaking, there are three ways to increase your friendship level with villagers. First, you can complete their requests. Each time a villager visits the camp grounds, they will have three requests. They will ask for particular items, and if you can deliver them you’ll increase your friendship level and get some goodies in return. You can also ask them to tell you a story once per visit, which will give you some fun dialogue and slightly increase your friendship level. The third way to increase your level is to give them a snack. You can earn these snacks by completing missions, and giving these to villagers can increase your friendship level quickly. Help out the villagers and you’ll make plenty of friends in a hurry.
