Minotaur III Weakness in Persona 3 Reload

Whether you meet the Minotaur III in the base game’s storyline about SEES or in the follow-up DLC Episode Aigis, it is the same story. This enemy has the same weakness and resistance situation players have to deal with. This is the key to winning the fight, as you want to avoid and use certain skill types.

Here are all of the possible weaknesses and resistances you should know about for Minotaur III:

  • Weakness: Fire
  • Resists: Slash
  • Repels: Strike and Pierce

There is a sole weakness for Minotaur III and that is Fire. This is your best bet in the fight against it.

How to Beat Minotaur III

Whether you are up against Minotaur III in Persona 3 Reload or the Episode Aigis DLC, you will want to use Agi-based skills as much as possible. Avoid the three physical attacks in Slash, Pierce, and Strike at all costs. Elemental skills, in general, are going to be your strongest offense against this foe.

Personally, I like to take along characters with Agi skills like Junpei for a fight like this one. In addition, you can use Personas for Aigis like the default Orpheus that come with Fire skills. Besides using these skills, you really need to watch out for its hefty party-wide attacks. They deal a ton of damage and can take out huge chunks of HP at once. Keep him knocked down with Fire skills, though, and you should be good to go.

Persona 3 Reload is available right now for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
