You can catch the live stream on YouTube. The title of the new update is “If One Dreams At Midnight.” This will be the debut of Penacony, which has been the next destination for the Astral Express since they left Jarilo-VI. According to the announcement, Dawei, one of the founders of HoYoVerse, and the Honkai: Star Rail team will personally deliver information on Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.0. This means the stream will mostly be in Chinese, much like the recent Genshin Impact Version 4.4 special program.

HoYoVerse recently released a trailer for Penacony in the style of an old-timey tourism promotion cartoon. The retro aesthetic of the cartoon fits with the general design for Penacony. As for what we know so far about it, HoYoVerse revealed the splash art for Sparkle, Black Swan, and Misha in the past. Black Swan and Misha will be the 5-star characters, while Misha will be a 4-star.

Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. The Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.0 special program, “If One Dreams At Midnight,” will air on January 26, 2024.
