The new playable characters who’ll debut in Version 1.6 will be Dr Ratio, Ruan Mei, and Xueyi. Dr Ratio in particular will be a free log-in reward even though he is a limited five-star character. Kafka and Blade will also re-run during this patch.

A new Trailblaze Mission, “Crown of the Mundane and Divine,” will appear, along with new events like Critter Pick and Virtual Scentventure. During these events, you’ll get awards such as Stellar Jades. A new Simulated Universe play style will also be available. Of these events, Critter Pick seems to be the most intensive. It’ll involve you raising and nurturing little cat-like creatures.

Currently, Honkai: Star Rail is running the Garden of Plenty event. This event comes back time and time again near the end of a patch to give players the chance to pre-farm for the next version. Until the new patch drops on December 27, 2023, you’ll also have a chance to pull for Argenti and Silver Wolf

Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. Version 1.6 of Honkai: Star Rail will come out on December 27, 2023.
