Honkai Impact 3rd Update 6.7 detailed in Hyperion Lounge

HoYoVerse announced that the Honkai Impact 3rd Update 6.7 will release on June 29, 2023. The new update will bring a new battlesuit for Shigure Kira called Sugary Starburst, a new event called Perfect Performance, and a continuation of the story in Chapter XXXVIII (38). Details for the new update were discussed in the latest Hyperion Lounge, which also included a code for free crystals.

You can watch the Hyperion Lounge broadcast below. The special code is “STARDANCE” and appears at around the 7 minute mark.

Shigure Kira is the star of this update, with her new Mech-type Ice battlesuit providing healing and damage even while not active on the battlefield. Previously shown off earlier in June 2023, Kira uses dual pistols, but switches to a sniper rifle for her ultimate. The event, Perfect Performance, follows Shigure Kira’s concert preparation and involves recruiting members for her fan club by completing trials. The example trial was a racing minigame featuring the character Durandal, a Valkryie who is close to Kira.

Also coming with the update is Chapter XXXVIII (38) of the story, which will pick up where the previous chapter left off with the reunion of two versions of the character Seele. There will also be new outfits for the Herrschers of Finality, Origin, and Truth, with special VFX for the Herrscher of Finality’s joint ultimate when all three are on the same team. Additionally, there will be several shop events allowing for players to reduce the price of new outfits, or earn others by completing challenges.

Honkai Impact 3rd is immediately available on PC and Mobile Devices, with Update 6.7 arriving on June 29, 2023.
