Honkai Impact 3rd Top-Up Center Double Bonus Temporarily Removed

HoYoVerse announced that, at the moment, Honkai Impact 3rd players who buy a first top-up at the Top-Up Center will not get the usual double bonus. This is tied to an issue relating to errors, with the feature disabled while the company fixes it.

Here’s the official announcement about the Honkai Impact 3rd Top-Up Center issue. It explained that the problem with the extra currency being doled out had to do with a purchase records access issue. It also supplied support emails for people to check in if they experienced a problem.

For those unfamiliar with how it works, the first time you buy a currency tier in a HoYoVerse game, you get double the amount you normally would. So when this bonus is in effect for Honkai Impact 3rd, buying the $0.99 Crystal bundle that gives you 65 Crystals will give you 130 of them the first time you buy due to the double bonus. 

This happened right after the 7.6 Honkai Impact 3rd patch launched on July 25, 2024. That added new story quests and a Songque Battlesuit.

Honkai Impact 3rd is available for the PC and mobile devices, and there’s no date set for the return of the Top-Up Center double bonus.
