BeXide has revealed that it will release a new Hololive casual puzzle game starring Houshou Marine. The game’s title will be Hololive Treasure Mountain, and it will appear on PC via Steam under the holo Indie label. The company listed different but closely related release windows in each region, as it mentioned Summer 2024 for Japan and Q3 2024 for the West.
This game will have the player help Houshou Marine throw chibi heads of other Hololive Vtubers onto an island. Stacking the same characters will make the head grow bigger with higher score acquisition.
The ultimate objective will be to rack a high score and record it in the global leaderboards. The game will end when a head falls off the island and gets picked up by Gawr Gura. The overall gameplay system looks very similar to Fruit Mountain, which was also made by BeXide.
BeXide has also uploaded a Japanese promotional trailer for the game on its YouTube channel:
Hololive Treasure Mountain will be available for PC via Steam in Summer 2024 in Japan and Q3 2024 in the West. The game will have Japanese voiceovers from the original Vtubers with support for subtitles in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. BeXide will announce the game’s final release date at a later time.
