The Hololive EN official Twitter account announced that the Holostars Tempus first anniversary will be delayed. This follows Vtubers Vesper Noir and Magni Dezmond’s activities abruptly halting activities earlier in July 2023. No exact details beyond “unforeseen circumstances” were offered. There was also no update on the two Vtubers and the nature of their break.
Here’s the official Holostars Tempus first anniversary announcement from the Hololive EN Twitter. In addition to noting the “celebration” won’t happen as planned, it included an apology.
[Notice]
Thank you for your continuous support for HOLOSTARS English.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, #holoTEMPUS's 1 Year Anniversary celebration plans will be postponed.
We apologize to all fans who were looking forward to the event.— hololive production (English) (@hololive_En) July 19, 2023
The Holostars Tempus first anniversary would likely have happened on either July 22, 2023 or July 23, 2023. That would mark the debut of Regis Altare, Axel Syrios, Vesper Noir, and Magni Dezmond. The concept behind this group is that they’re an adventurer guild of sorts, with Machina x Flayon, Gavis Bettel, Josuiji Shinri, and Banzoin Hakka joining the crew a year later in January 2023.
Vesper Noir’s last stream was a World of Warcraft one on July 6, 2023. Magni Dezmond’s last one was a collab with Nijisanji’s Kyo Kaneko on July 6, 2023. Both were supposed to do a Digital Art Lesson stream together on July 8, 2023. Neither performer has tweeted or appeared online since the Hololive EN Twitter account announced both Holostars Tempus’ members activities would be paused. This all also happened after both received new character models.
