Holo X Break developer Kay Yu revealed a release date for the upcoming Hololive fangame: March 29, 2024. The announcement came during the Hololive Super Expo, where a new trailer was also shown.
The new trailer shows us more gameplay and reveals that the game will also feature over 140 emotes to collect and use, illustrated by various Hololive fan artists. Developer Kay Yu also took to Twitter to detail how the game was inspired by freeware fighting game Little Fighters 2.
Holo X Break was announced earlier in March 2024 and will also launch under Cover’s Holo Indie label. The game will be featuring voices from several Hololive Vtubers from the groups NePoLaBo and Secret Society HoloX.

Meanwhile, Good Smile Company announced several new figures of Hololive vtubers at Hololive Super Expo 2024, including ones of Oozora Subaru and Sakura Miko. It was also announced that Calliope Mori of Hololive’s English branch would be performing the ending theme of the upcoming anime Suicide Squad Isekai.
The release date for Holo X Break is March 29, 2024, and the game will be available to play on PC via Steam.
