Hideo Kojima Tests Out Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D’s Photo Camouflage System

In addition to tilt sensitive bridges, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D has another new feature. The Nintendo 3DS version uses the handheld’s cameras for photo camouflage. This feature lets you dress Snake up in whatever you take a picture of.

 

Hideo Kojima demonstrated the feature on Twitter by skinning Snake with a Tower Records shopping bag. (Useful… if Tower Records runs out of empty cardboard boxes?) Kojima also shared a few pictures of the bottom screen’s menu interface.
