We’re exactly one month away from the PlayStation 5’s debut. On November 12, 2020, people in Australia, Japan, North America, and South Korea could be playing their new system. But, what will they be playing on it? To help keep things organized, we’re going to go over some of the PS5 launch games people can expect to see around the world.
Here is the full list of PS5 launch games so far. We’ll do our best to keep it updated, so please let us know if you end up seeing any more PS5 games get November 12, 2020 launch dates!
- Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: This will also be available on the PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
- Astro’s Playroom: This is the pack-in game that also acts as a tech showcase for the Dualsense controller.
- Bugsnax: This is also going to be available on the PS4 and PC.
- Demon’s Souls
- Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition: This is an Xbox Series X launch game too.
- For Honor
- Fortnite: Cross-progression will be available, so people can continue where they left off and still use anything they bought in-game.
- Godfall: This will also be available on the PC.
- Maneater: If you have the PS4 version, this one will be free at launch.
- Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered: If you get the Ultimate Edition of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, you get it.
- Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales: This will be available for the PS4 as well.
- Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate Edition: This will also be available on the Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
- Sackboy: A Big Adventure: This will also be available on the PS4.
Also, please remember that among the PS5 launch games are, well, a ton of backwards-compatible PS4 games. Though, there are about 10 that won’t work on the PS5.
The PlayStation 5 will launch on November 12, 2020 in Australia, Japan, North America, and South Korea. It will launch in other regions on November 19, 2020.
