You can get the Regrets of Infinite Ochema drop from Echo of War: Phantylia the Undying. This boss is in the Scalegorge Waterscape on the Xianzhou Luofu. Most of Jiaoqiu’s damage will come from his unique Ashen Roast DoT, which is similar to Burn. He’s basically like a premium male Guinaifen in that sense. So when you build him, you should focus on his Talent and Ultimate Traces first before working on anything else.
