Help us bring games to children in hospitals

This article is over 18 years old and may contain outdated information

This month we’re teaming up with Get Well Gamers to bring video game goodies to kids in hospitals. We are taking all our proceeds from running Auto Assault ads and using the cash to buy new gaming gear for Get Well Gamers. You can help us out, just check out Auto Assault from this link or the banner on the right hand side of the page. Each click helps raise money towards the fund. We’re running this until May 21st, so we are going to ask all of our readers to help spread the word about this. Last time around we were able to get a bunch of toys to give out on the holiday season. Let’s do even better this time around.

Why are we doing this?

If playing a new video game can put a smile on the face of a child recovering in a hospital it makes us happy too. Video games are used by many hospitals to reduce children’s anxiety their stay. Unfortunately, not all hospitals have up to date equipment and we’d like to help out.

Who are Get Well Gamers?

Get Well Gamers Foundation brings video games to hospitalized children. They provide systems, games and handhelds to any hospitals that need them. The group was originally founded in 2001 and operates from receiving private donations.
