The latest Project Voltage Pokemon song featuring Hatsune Miku is inspired by the members of the Team Rocket. The song is titled “Party Rock Eternity (feat. Hatsune Miku)” and is now available on YouTube and select streaming services.
The music video features several illustrations of Vocaloid Hatsune Miku wearing an outfit inspired by the uniform of Team Rocket. During it, various Pokemon that accompanied signature members of Team Rocket in the video game and anime series can be seen as well. The song was composed and written by Vocaloid Producer Hachioji-P, who has previously collaborated on various Hatsune Miku-related media and produced songs for several Hatsune Miku: Project Diva games. Producer Hachioji-P said that when developing ideas for the next Project Voltage song, he wanted to give his own twist on Team Rocket instead of focusing on the team’s classic design.
News about the next Project Voltage song will appear on February 27, 2024 on the official website of the project. Project Voltage originally began on September 2023 as a Pokemon and Hatsune Miku crossover collection of 18 songs based on the 18 Pokemon types that appeared in the games.
