In September 2023, a collaboration project between The Pokemon Company International and Hatsune Miku began. 18 designs for Hatsune Miku based on the theme “what if Hatsune Miku were a Pokemon trainer?” were revealed daily on social media. Now the first Hatsune Miku song for the project called “Volt Tackle” is available on the YouTube channel of producer Deco 27. The song also appeared on the Project Voltage official social media account and website.
The song shows Hatsune Miku alongside a Pikachu as a partner Pokemon. DECO 27 is best known for creating popular Vocaloid songs like “The Vampire” and “HIBANA,” as well as the “Milgram Project.”
