Noizi Ito, perhaps best known for her Shakugan no Shana artwork, is also the character designer on Nippon Ichi Software’s Guided Fate series. The Guided Fate: Cross Thesis Awakening will also have a crossover with some of Ito’s works.
Haruhi Suzumiya from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Shana from Shakugan no Shana are in the PlayStation 3 game. Both appear in sub-scenarios, but how these otherworldly characters got into The Guided Fate: Cross Thesis Awakening universe is still a mystery.
The five angels from The Guided Fate Paradox – Lillel Saotome, Kuroiel Ryuzaki, Cheriel Ayanokoji, Lanel Shiratori, and Neliel Tojo – return for Cross Thesis Awakening too, but for some reason they’re dressed in Love Live! School Idol Project costumes. Players will find out what happened to the angels post Paradox.
The Guided Fate: Cross Thesis Awakening is slated for release on September 25.
