Hardcore Mecha Sorties Onto PS4 in the West on January 14, 2020

Earlier today, Hardcore Mecha developer RocketPunch Games revealed via press release that the Western PS4 version of the game will release on January 14, 2020.

RocketPunch Games’ producer Louiky mentioned in the press release, “Hardcore Mecha is a truly stylized 2D mech action game that platformer fans will love, with a huge variety of mechs and killer moves to master, it delivers on our promise to create a truly competitive action game. We’re thrilled to announce that both North America and European PlayStation 4 players can now battle it out with their chosen mecha.”

The game features a full story campaign where you control Tarethur, a mercenary whose mission is the find a missing intelligence officer on Mars. There are over eight chapters in the game, and cutscenes and bosses to fight as well.

Hardcore Mecha is available on PlayStation 4 in Asia, and PC via Steam. The Western PS4 release comes out January 14, 2020. You can check out a post-launch update with a Round Hammer variation here.
