The Better Together plush toys are available now in the United States. They depict chibi versions of Sonic and Tails with cute smiley faces, which is similar to other toys in the Better Together line. The toys are available exclusively as a set, available for $22.99. A plastic tree ornament version is also available for $12.99.

The Hallmark Better Together line features a range of toys available as pairs of characters. Each toy contains a magnet, allowing them to stick together. This makes them ideal gifts for close friends or partners, as each person can keep one of the toys and they can be brought together to show the bond between their owners. With Sonic and Tails being best friends in their home games, they’re the ideal candidates for Hallmark to turn into the plush toys. The magnets are in their heads, but when put together it almost looks like they’re holding hands.

Hallmark are no strangers to video game toys and decorations. The retailer’s 2024 Dream Book showed a variety of merchandise released in July 2024 and October 2024. Other Sonic merchandise shown in the Dream Book included two tree ornaments depicting Sonic in a Santa hat and a light-up Green Hill Zone loop with Sonic collecting rings.
