Hakuoki Spinoff For Vita Is Set In High School

The Hakuoki romance game series takes place in feudal Japan, but what if Chizuru Yukimura went to high school instead? That’s the premise of Hakuoki: Sweet School Life, a PlayStation Vita game that takes place in an all boys school.

Chizuru (the same protagonist in the other Hakuoki titles) is the first girl admitted to Haku High and of  course the other characters in Haukoki: Sweet School Life are the game. Hakuoki: Sweet School Life is a spinoff and Idea Factory clearly states the game is not tied to the main series.

Hakuoki: Sweet School Life is slated for release in spring 2014. Before that comes out, Diabolik Lovers Limited V Edition for Vita will come out on December 19 and Idea Factory has two other otome Vita ports. Looks like otome games are making the move from PSP to Vita now.
