Growlanser series continues, Heritage of War coming soon

Remember Working Designs? All the good memories from Lunar and Dragon Force? Before they went belly up Working Designs took the initiative to bring the Growlanser series to North America, which is a little strange since the game is developed by Atlus in Japan. Atlus USA announced that they will be picking up the series with Growlanser: Heritage of War for the PS2. Something unique about Growlanser: Heritage of War is you can alter your character’s personality. If you want to act like a jerk to other characters you can or if you want to “reveal your feelings to a companion” you can earn a special ending. Atlus has Growlanser: Heritage of War scheduled to come out late this summer and it will be sold as a special edition with unannounced “commemorative bonus materials”. One thing Atlus didn’t specify is which Growlanser game Heritage of War is. Growlanser Generations, had Growlanser II and III packaged together and that’s not to be confused with Growlanser V: Generations (the Japanese title for the fifth game).
