Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol 1 & 2 Switch Will Launch (With English Subs) This June

More parts of the Grisaia series are heading to a new platform. In Japan, the first two parts of the Grisaia Phantom Trigger Switch port are about to appear. On June 25, 2020, people will be able to head to the eShop to pick up Vol. 1 & 2. They will cost 2,000円 (~$19). 

An English release of these first parts of the Grisaia Phantom Trigger Switch port hasn’t been announced yet. (The original The Grisaia Trilogy did appear in North America and Europe in November 2019.) However, there is some good news for people. The official website does list English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese as the three subtitle options.

If you want a little taste of Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol. 1 & 2 Switch, you can now catch the opening movie. A trailer has been shared showing it off. It also lets you hear the theme song “Edge of my World,” which is performed by Marina Kawano. (She also performed the Natsume’s Book of Friends ending theme “Takaramono.”

The Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol 1 & 2 Switch version will launch in Japan on June 25, 2020. It is also available on the PlayStation Vita and PC in Japan. As a reminder, this is a kinetic visual novel, so you won’t be making choices as you play.
