One night, an employee at Capcom Japan had a dream stores were finally stocked with new copies of Gotcha Force and he ran to the cashier ready to pay… but woke up clutching a copy of Resident Evil 4. "Ah ha," he thought, " if Capcom can reprint Resident Evil games I can do the same thing with Gotcha Force!"

And that… probably isn’t why Capcom decided to reissue Gotcha Force. Unless Capcom is trying to capitalize on Little Battlers eXperience fandom, we’re totally baffled why new copies of the Gamecube cult classic are coming out.

Gotcha Force will be sold in Capcom’s eStore for 4,998 yen ($63) or you can get a Capcom Special Selection edition with an art book for 6,500 yen ($80). Yes, these are Gamecube games, but Capcom reminds buyers on the game’s product page the Wii is backwards compatible as long as you have a Gamecube controller and memory card.
