The God Wars games had shipped 200,000 units as of early 2019, so that’s another 100,000 units over the past year. Future Past was originally released for the PS4 and PlayStation Vita in 2017. Then, in 2018, Kadokawa released an expanded version of the game, God Wars: The Complete Legend, for PS4, Nintendo Switch, and the Vita. A PC release via Steam followed in 2019.

To commemorate the milestone, Kadokawa is holding a discount sale on God Wars: The Complete Legend in Japan. All three versions of the game are available via the PlayStation Store and Nintendo eShop for 1,980 yen.

Way back in 2018, Kadokawa also announced that God Wars 2 was in development, but very little has been shared about the game since.
