God Eater Heroes Come To The Rescue In Taiko: Drum Master V’s RPG Mode

Bandai Namco has been turning the portable Taiko: Drum Master games into music RPGs. In Taiko: Drum Master V Version, players help Don defeat an ancient dragon by hitting taiko notes. Dondaa Quest adds a new special attack note. Hit one of these and guests from other games might pop up.

Taiko: Drum Master V Version has Blood members from God Eater 2 who will use Blood Arts to damage enemies. Characters from The Idolm@ster and The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls have cameos too. In addition to damaging enemies, special attack notes might heal you or activate other effects.

Taiko: Drum Master V Version comes out on July 9 in Japan.
